Third Place Teas Steeped in Color Art Show
Artist Application Details:
The exhibition will run throughout the entire month of December, with artwork thoughtfully curated to create a varied and cohesive collection that fits the atmosphere of the tea shop. Political, mature, and explicit artwork is welcome, but artwork specifically centered on Christmas, Hanukkah, or other religious holiday themes will not be accepted. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

ENTRY FEES AND COMMISSION-
The entry fee is $20 (non-refundable) and covers up to three pieces of artwork per artist for consideration. There will be a 30% commission on sold work. Sales will be processed by Third Place Teas.

Artwork Requirements:
General: Up to 3 pieces per artist
2D Art (watercolor, ink, oil, acrylic, drawing, mixed media, digital):
Max size including frame- 154 sq in square inches (example- 11 in. x 14 in.)
(Please note there is no additional overflow space. Artists will be installed directly next to one another and must remain within their designated area)
Properly framed or gallery-wrapped (no white edges)
Flat canvas boards must be framed
Hanging: D-rings + picture wire (wire taped)
Must be completely dry
Frames inspected; adjustments required before acceptance
Photography and digital art will be allowed as long as the work is framed or gallery wrapped.
Labeling Artwork (Required)
Artists must attach one label directly to the back of each artwork. No loose papers, envelopes, or additional sheets will be accepted.

Artwork title
Price
Artwork Images:
Please provide a link to an image of each artwork you would like considered for the exhibition, with a maximum of three artworks per artist. All submitted artworks must be fully completed and available for display.
Because this is a curated exhibition, all image links must be publicly viewable at the time of submission. Please make sure the links do not require a login, permission request, or access approval. Links to private social media accounts, restricted Google Drive folders, or other content that cannot be viewed without requesting access will not be considered.
The images should clearly show the complete artwork and be of sufficient quality for us to properly evaluate the work.
Please review the pickup and drop-off dates and times carefully before submitting. Artists are expected to drop off and pick up their artwork during the scheduled dates and times listed. We are unable to accommodate individual pickup or drop-off arrangements in most circumstances. If you are unable to make one of the scheduled times, please wait for a future exhibition that better fits your availability.
Unclaimed Artwork:
Artwork that remains unclaimed after the final pickup period may not be able to be stored and may be considered abandoned.

I understand that there are no substitutions: Once a piece is accepted into the show, no substitutions are allowed.
I give Third Place Teas permission to use images of my artwork for event promotion.
Third Place Teas is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of artwork.
Third Place Teas reserves the right to reject or remove artwork at their discretion.
Third Place Teas eligibility decisions are final.
I take full responsibility for copyright compliance.
Payment Information:
The registration fee for Steeped in Color is $20. This entry fee includes consideration for up to 3 pieces of artwork and is non-refundable.
